Clays for a Cause 2020

save the date.png

BOOM...POW! The Pearce Family Foundation is excited to be already planning our 7th Annual Clays for a Cause event, which will be on Saturday, November 7th! As you know, 2020 is a weird year, therefore this year’s event will look different than those of year’s passed.

The good news is that we are still having it! Registration will begin at 8AM and the tournament will start at 9AM.

A HUGE thank you to Crescent Crown Distributing for locking in as our BIG BANG SPONSOR! As well as CVL for being our Mulligan Sponsor for the 5th year in a ROW!

CHANGES TO THIS YEAR’S EVENT TO BE AWARE OF:
We will be MEETING AT THE ROADRUNNER/COYOTE COURSE (where you shoot) and NOT at the Pavilions.

Your golf cart will be waiting for you with your: waiver, score cards, ear plugs, ammo, and a cooler filled with water bottles.

I will talk to carts in groups of 5 with a Ranger, to go over the safety and to thank you for being there that morning. Then you will head out to your station.

Each station will have one volunteer with gloves on to take your score card and pull the clays. There will be protein/breakfast bars at certain stations as a snack to nibble on. We ask that each group stays in their squad and that the only other cart near you is the second squad.

You will still shoot at 10 stations, 5 times each. Coe & Van Loo will have Mulligans for sale throughout each course in case you need a do-over.

As of now, lunch after the shoot is still up in the air. But, we will know more once we get closer to the date!

Awards and trophies will be handed out after the event. We will go to your office to present you with the awards and do a little video to share with everyone!

WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO RENT YOU A SHOTGUN THIS YEAR DUE TO COVID. If you can bring either a 12 or 20 gauge gun, we can provide you with ammo.

Sponsorships are available RIGHT now so be sure to get your company involved in a great event you will never forget. The foundation will be donating 25% of the net proceeds to Angel Pups. This program awards funds to children who are in need of a service dog but their family cannot afford the high price of one. Whether the dog assists with an allergy intolerant or epilepsy a service dog can be life changing to a child.

Help families in our community and children who are in need of a furry best friend who might save their life by attending our signature event!

See you at the range!
